摘要: Cold-pressed mandarin essential oils are products of great economic importance in many parts the world and used perfumery, as well food products. Reconstituted easy to find on market; useful information oil authenticity, quality, extraction technique, geographic origin biogenesis can be attained through high-resolution GC volatile fraction, or enantioselective GC, using different chiral stationary phases. Stable isotope ratio analysis has gained considerable interest for unveiling citrus adulteration, detecting small differences isotopic carbon composition providing plenty concerning discrimination among geographical adulteration natural with synthetic compounds. In present research, authenticity several was assessed employment hyphenated MS, conventional flame ionization detector, HPLC. Commercial industrial (declared such) oils, characterized by harvest periods origins, were subjected analysis. The results compared those genuine cold-pressed Italian obtained during 2008-2009 season.
