摘要: The aim of the present study was to compare two protocols Agar Gel Immunodiffusion (AGID) that can be used diagnose Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA). Different volumes reagents and support for agar gel were used, as recommended by Ministry Agriculture, Livestock Food Supply (MAPA) World Organization Animal Health (OIE). Equidae sera samples (n = 1000) tested using a national commercial kit different (i.e. 25 μL—MAPA 50 μL—OIE) standard sera. Antigen MAPA. results assessed operators, 48 hours after beginning test. At end experiment, Kappa index 1 obtained interpretation used. Similar agreement (Kappa 1) when slides or Petri dishes gel. In both cases, an almost perfect achieved, suggesting use supports does not affect results. These findings indicate (MAPA OIE) EIA.
