摘要: We studied environmental stability of top contact pentacene TFTs with active layer evaporated at different growth rates. measured the transfer characteristics in vacuum and air after storing devices oxygen for several days. Different rates result grain size layer. This morphology difference influences hysteresis induced by water absorption. On contrary, aging effects on O-TFTs, diffusion into layer, are not related to structural film.
