摘要: In an effort to bring the analytical community new natural matrix reference materials (RM's) for elemental composition quality control, ten agricultural/food candidate prepared previously, were characterized homogeneity. The include bovine muscle powder, whole egg corn bran, microcrystalline cellulose, wheat gluten, milk starch and three flours representing a wide range of types composition. Characterization was up some twenty five major, minor, trace ultratrace elements nutritional, toxicological environmental significance. Solid sampling electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry applied determination copper lead in sub-milligram subsamples. A variety other techniques via interlaboratory cooperative used determine many 100–2000 mg subsample sizes. Good material homogeneity observed virtually all analytes with exception Cr Pb limited instances. thus deemed suitable detailed characterization concentration recommended values these biological products status.
