摘要: Near-surface variations of magnetic microfields have been observed by room-temperature force microscopy (MFM) on ferromagnetic media. Apart from presenting data current importance to basic micromagnetic research, fundamentals contrast formation in MFM are discussed detail. Using low-temperature scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) the spatial arrangement domains a type-II superconducting medium has directly imaged. First promising STS results, obtained employing tips for tunneling, provide an important basis future applications analysis
