摘要: Until now, little attention has been paid to the geographic distribution and evaluation of genetic diversity durum wheat from Central Fertile Crescent (modern-day Turkey Syria). Syria are considered as primary centers diversity, thousands locally adapted landraces still present in farmers’ small fields. We planned this study evaluate by genotyping based on DArTseq SNP analysis. A total 39,568 20,661 markers were used characterize characteristic 91 land races.
