摘要: Until now, little attention has been paid to the geographic distribution and evaluation of genetic diversity durum wheat from Central Fertile Crescent (modern-day Turkey Syria). Syria are considered as primary centers diversity, thousands locally adapted landraces still present in farmers’ small fields. We planned this study evaluate by genotyping based on DArTseq SNP analysis. A total 39,568 20,661 markers were used characterize characteristic 91 land races. Clustering Neighbor joining analysis, principal coordinate well Bayesian model implemented structure, clearly showed that grouping pattern is not associated with geographical due mixing Turkish Syrian landraces. Significant correlation between was observed Mantel test. However, we detected a non-significant relationship coordinates (r = -0.085) -0.039) loci. These results unconscious farmer selection lack commercial varieties might have resulted exchange material apparent structure Syria. The genomic characterization presented here an essential step towards future exploitation available resources breeding programs. also depicted clear insight about accessions Crescent.
