摘要: The recent introduction of Illumina single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays is an important step towards comprehensive genome-wide studies genetic diversity in wheat. In this study, 90 cultivars hexaploid spring wheat growing Kazakhstan were genotyped using the high-density 90 K SNP array. analysis allowed identification 30,288 polymorphic SNPs. A subset 3541 high-quality SNPs used for a comparison 690 accessions representing landraces and varieties, including those from Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, Kazakhstan, USA other parts world. Phylogenetic showed clear separation according to their geographic origin. phylogenetic tree, formed two neighbouring clusters with common node, they distinct regions world, Europe. results provide new insights into relationships between diverse accessions.
