摘要: This article reviews the practice and implementation of international legislations in providing emergency housing Malaysia. The objective is to highlight challenges level influence understanding local circumstances. A consideration appropriate specific legal tools beyond scope guidelines provided by treaties. International only present context for 'responses' do not represent a law. some considerations that should be taken into account when planning settlement strategies, programmes project matters. These outlined are based upon law human rights. It important reflect these on advocacy tool, understand socio-political regulatory awareness also rights affected groups context. As result, disaster victims other members general public more concerned about availability resources support life recovery, ignoring any weaknesses government. At scene disaster, officials often caught middle between working with ethics programmes' whilst they have failed fulfill requests from public.
