摘要: There has been a significant increase in regulation of civil society the late twentieth century by governments to ensure that their policy objectives are being achieved. As result wide range institutions subject regulatory practices. These involved every aspect daily life, ranging from environmental and occupational health safety through crime control, competition practices, professional business conduct. This collection papers is an Australian Institute Criminology conference which was held conjunction with Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) at National University Division Business Enterprise South Australia Melbourne September 2002.
