摘要: The practice of toxicologic pathology includes a number areas that require the utmost diligence to avoid time-consuming, costly, or simply embarrassing “errors” in study design, data collection, reporting. majority these “errors"” can be avoided by appropriate planning and attention detail at certain crucial points conduct toxicology studies. chapter discusses some major concern potential solutions pitfalls pathology. following are toxicological studies as discussed chapter: necropsy, histology, computer systems, peer reviews. Several tissues special knowledge techniques histology laboratory ensure maximum information is when examined microscopically. These include larynx, nose, thyroids, urinary bladder. A problems may arise during entry morphologic interpretation severity grading lesions.
