摘要: A method for preparation of the rat nasal cavity histopathologic examination is presented, and anatomic features sections obtained are described. The results in four tissue which selected because their reproducibility based on landmarks dorsal aspect mouth each section contribute to a thorough cavity. areas examined include transverse taken at following points: (1) immediately posterior upper incisor teeth, (2) incisive papilla, (3) second palatal ridge, (4) level first molar teeth. value overall evaluation adjacent structures also discussed. described applicable both short-term chronic toxicity studies, allows without destructive invasion time necropsy.
