摘要: Abstract The present study reports the development of non-cytotoxic and pH-sensitive nanostructured membranes consisting a polymer with amino acid pending moieties bacterial nanocellulose (BC). nanocomposites were prepared through simple methodology under green reaction conditions. obtained materials display good thermal stability (up to 200 °C), viscoelastic (storage modulus > 700 MPa) mechanical (Young’s modulus = 3.5–4.9 GPa) properties, together high water uptake capacity. results in vitro MTT assay showed that are HaCaT cells for 72 h. release profile diclofenac sodium salt (DCF) from into simulated body fluids at different pH values demonstrates pH-responsive behaviour these materials. Besides, DCF is mainly retained 2.1 released 7.4, revealing their potential controlled dermal as well oral drug delivery applications.
