摘要: The electronmicroscopic appearance of the autonomic nerve fibres in frog's heart has been examined. parasympathetic postganglionic are typically cholinergic and have only a few cored vesicles amongst numerous small agranular ones. sympathetic contain adrenaline it is present two types vesicle, one large (90 nm) an osmiophilic core, whilst other smaller (40 no core unless stained by sodium dichromate/acrylic aldehyde method. There also noradrenaline-containing mammalian nerves. These compared with frog nerves: there appear to be differences than catecholamine stored.
