摘要: The structural properties of 27 pairs human cadaver knees were evaluated. Specimens equally divided into three groups nine each based on age: younger (22 to 35 years), middle (40 50 and older (60 97 years). Anterior-posterior displacement tests with the intact knee at 30 degrees 90 flexion revealed a significant effect angle, but not specimen age. Tensile femur-ACL-tibia complex performed ACL aligned vertically along direction applied tensile load. One from pair was oriented anatomically (anatomical orientation), contralateral tibia (tibial orientation). Structural complex, as represented by linear stiffness, ultimate load, energy absorbed, found decrease significantly age also have higher values in specimens tested anatomical orientation. In specimens, stiffness (242 +/- 28 N/mm) load (2160 157 N) when orientation than those reported previously literature. These provide new baseline data for design selection grafts replacement an attempt reproduce normal kinematics.
