摘要: STUDY OBJECTIVES: Heart attacks and motor vehicle crashes (MVC) are the leading causes of death in US firefighters. Given that sleep disorders an independent risk factor for both these, we examined prevalence common a national sample firefighters their association with adverse health safety outcomes. METHODS: Firefighters (n = 6,933) from 66 fire departments were assessed using validated screening tools, as available. also surveyed about safety, documentation was collected reported MVCs.
