摘要: Chaperone function plays a key role in sequestering damaged proteins and repairing proteotoxic damage. Chaperones are induced by environmental stress called as or heat shock proteins. Here, we summarize the current knowledge about protein damage aged organisms, changes proteolytic degradation, chaperone expression aging process, well involvement of chaperones longevity cellular senescence. The diseases, such Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's Huntington's disease other neurodegenerative diseases atherosclerosis cancer is discussed. We also describe how balance between requirement availability becomes disturbed words, overload develops. consequences outlined together with several new research strategies to assess functional status process.
