摘要: We use morphological descriptors, Betti numbers and Contour Minkowski Tensor (CMT) on 21cm brightness temperature excursion sets, to study the ionization heating history of intergalactic medium (IGM) during before Epoch Reionization (EoR). The ratio eigenvalues CMT denoted by $\beta$, gives shape information while it's trace contour length holes connected regions. simulate matter density, neutral hydrogen fraction, spin field using publicly available code 21cmFAST in a redshift range $z=20.22$ $z=6$. evolution three quantities - number counts $N_{con,hole}$, characteristic size $r^{ch}_{con,hole}$ anisotropy parameter $\beta^{ch}_{con,hole}$ regions for these fields investigate different physical origins their evolution. make qualitative comparison models EoR. obtain regimes temperature, depending upon how shapes sizes change with astrophysical settings affecting IGM find that morphology traces ionized below certain value model, where $\Delta r^{ch}_{hole}<10 \%$ \beta^{ch}_{hole}<1 relative $x_{HI}$ field. This difference decreases redshift. Therefore, can be reconstructed description $\delta T_b$ real space.
