Broiler Diets Formulated Based on Digestible Amino Acid Values as Determined by in vivo and Prediction Methods

摘要: The aim of the present study was to assess whether near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) and regression equations are practical accurate approach nutritional assessment common feedstuffs. Therefore two experiments were conducted effect amino acid determination methods on broiler performance. In experiment I, hundred thirty four male Ross chicks fed a commercial starter diet from d 1 16 age followed by test diets 17 21 determine digestible acids content wheat, corn soybean meal. 3 consisted corn, wheat or meal used as sole sources protein. On 21, birds killed ileal digesta collected for determining standardized digestibility (SID). in vivo values SID compared with predicted NIRS methods. Experiment II compare feed formulation based determined prediction results showed that contents method close values. Values varied when those assay. Although, these differences not appeared comparing performance formulated estimated through trial, This reveals reliable poultry production.
