摘要: Nursing staff members reported patient education activities in a teaching hospital during needs assessment conducted as three-round modified Delphi study. Members of the clinical practice committee and nursing from all units were surveyed three consecutive rounds. Results include characteristics priorities members' current interventions related to education. Programmatic directions for service organization, including development inservice programs creating formal plan, identified.
