摘要: A 71-year-old male, diagnosed as lung cancer, underwent unilateral pulmonary occulusion test. Through the guidewire, 7.5 Fr thermodilution catheter with occlusion balloon was introduced to left artrey from right internal jugular vein. Heparinized physiological saline solution injected into distal site of occulusion. The time 15 minuites. Pulmonary artery pressure and wedge were within normal range. Soon after examination, arteriogram (PAG) showed defect branch lingular segment lower lobe. We made a diagnosis thrombosis. Three days administration urokinase heparin, both perfusion scintigram PAG exhibited reperfusion these areas. After thrombolytic therapy accomplished, antithrombin III protein C in serum It possible that damage on intima due or guidewire following blood congestion by caused
