Dural fistulae of the tentorium cerebelli. Radioanatomical, clinical and therapeutic considerations.

摘要: Among the 84 intracranial dural fistulae treated in Neuroradiology department of University Hospital Centre Nancy between August 1983 and April 1990, 10 (11.9%) were located on tentorium cerebelli. The patients 7 men 3 women aged from 41 to 61 years at time diagnosis. All tentorial showed an exclusively cortical drainage, only one them was associated with probable thrombosis a major sinus. Nine presented least episode neurological deficit (including 2 progressive ascending myelopathy) cerebro-meningeal haemorrhage 6 cases. In all initial treatment endovascular one, subsequently reinforced by surgery patients. every case clinical condition improved or stabilized no recurrent observed, but radioanatomical cure obtained patients: 1 route embolization combined surgery. anatomical, physiopathological aspects these particular different possible therapeutic approaches are discussed.
