摘要: 小脳出血にて発症したTentorial dural AVMの1例について過去の報告例と合わせ報告した.症例は48歳の男性で, 半年間に2回にわたり小脳出血を起こし, 入院した.脳血管撮影にて小脳テントに主座を持つ硬膜動静脈奇形を認めた.AVMは, テント上下にわたるCombined approachにて手術的に切除し得た.Tentorial AVMの過去の報告例と合わせて検討した結果では, 63例中38例が頭蓋内出血で発症しており, この部位における硬膜動静脈奇形での特徴的な発症様式であると考えられた.
