摘要: Abstract Despite of physiological and toxicological relevance, the potential androgens to influence fish lipid metabolism remains poorly explored. Here, brown trout primary hepatocytes were exposed six concentrations (1 nM 100 μM) dihydrotestosterone (DHT) testosterone (T), assess changes in mRNA levels genes covering diverse metabolic pathways. Acsl1, essential for fatty acid activation, was up-regulated by T DHT, whereas lipogenic enzymes FAS ACC highest (100 concentration respectively. ApoA1, major component high-density lipoprotein (HDL), down-regulated both androgens. PPARγ, linked adipogenesis peroxisomal β-oxidation, while Acox1-3I, rate-limiting T. Fabp1, StAR LPL not altered. Our findings suggest that may impact on transport, β-oxidation promote lipogenesis liver.
