摘要: Dietary long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (FA) have been recognized of crucial importance in early development vertebrates, contributing to the impressive morphological and physiological changes both as building blocks energy production. The lipids along depends on ontogenetic, phylogenetic environmental parameters. expression patterns FA metabolism genes not characterized developing fish embryos nor compared lipid class profiles. Full only occurred after hatching, revealed by alterations profiles gene expression. Nonetheless, transcriptional some were already present at notochord formation. Many displayed an profile opposed decrease development, while others responded solely starvation. Transcription most involved had a strong correlation PPARs' mRNA levels (α1, α2, β, γ). comparison with produced new insights into regulation during turbot larvae, providing basis for future studies including comparative approaches other vertebrate species.
