摘要: Chlorobiphenyls (CBs) and organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) have been determined in the blubber of 17 Atlantic white-sided dolphins stranded at Killala Bay, Co Mayo, Ireland five from Scottish coast. The concentrations contaminants measured range 773 to 63 400μg kg−1 for ∑CB 160 54 600 μg ∑DDT. CBs OCPs is highly dependent on age, sex, reproductive state nutritional condition animals addition intake via food web. Principal Components Analysis (PCA) has used study variation chemical patterns (data ratioed CB 153). Immature (< 6 years), mature males primogravid females, lactating females could be distinguished basis their contaminant patterns. This paper describes different processes bioaccumulation metabolism (OCs) this species.
