摘要: The ability to manage basic activities of daily living (ADL) is a significant predictor for being housebound, placement in nursing home and death. aim the study was assess capacity perform Spanish sample (30 men 49 women aged 80-85 y) from SENECA's Finale (1999) changes respect same ten years ago. total ADL score (assessed by 16 questions) partials (mobility ADLm self-care ADLc) show that average 1999 has been 23.9+/-10.2 (p<0.05) 25.3+/-9.6 (p<0.001), 1989, 18.8+/-4.4 19.9+/-4.8 respectively. deceased subjects participating 1989 significantly worse (p<0.01 p<0.001 women) than survivor subjects. Activities as measurement functionality decline with increasing age our better found survival factor.
