摘要: Increasing evidence indicates that deregulation of RING-finger ubiquitin-protein ligases (E3s) involves in the development hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). These E3s serve as oncoproteins or tumor suppressors HCC under specific conditions. In this review, we summarize current knowledge about abnormal and their clinical significance HCC, discuss parts critical substrates for these detail. Furthermore, light success Bortezomib treating hematological malignancies, describe preclinical studies therapeutic approaches targeting aberrant HCC.
