摘要: Compositions and methods for determining an increased likelihood of a response to targeted treatment cancer disease including isolating genomic DNA from patient sample, amplifying fragment by means PCR with specific pair amplification primers, if the amplified comprises wildtype sequence or mutation High Resolution Melting Analysis (HRM), correlating presence absence success said treatment. Respective primer pairs, compositions kits are also claimed.
