摘要: ABSTRACTThe simultaneous production of intracellular esterase and extracellular protease from the strain Lysinibacillus fusiformis AU01 was studied in detail. The performed both under batch fed-batch modes. maximum yield obtained full oxygen saturation at beginning fermentation. data were fitted to Luedeking–Piret model it shown that enzyme (both protease) growth associated.
