摘要: The lipase from strain BTL of Aspergillus niger was studied. enzyme, which mainly extracellular, produced at elevated activity levels under optimum growth conditions. De novo biosynthesis occurred only in the presence lipids and completely repressed by glucose glycerol. reaction products, oleic acid glycerol, showed differed inhibition patterns during triolein hydrolysis. enzyme exhibited high specificity towards middle chain triglycerides possibly activated double bonds fatty chain. It a marked stability against organic solvents.
