Effect of various carbon sources on microbial lipases biosynthesis.

摘要: The aim of these investigations was to study the conditions for production extracellular lipases fromPenicillium roqueforti S-86, which isolated from a commercial sample roqueforti chese type. As carbon sources there have been used following compounds: 2% glucose, fructose and sucrosel 1% butterfat olive oil. Maximal amount produced after six days incubation grown in medium with initial pH 4.0 at 27°C. Cells ofPenicillium roqueforti presence bacto-peptone instead (NH4)2SO4, as nitrogen source, synthesized maximum quantity four incubation. effect temperature, pH, well mono, be three valent cations: Na+, K+, Ca++, Mn++, Mg++ Fe+++ on lipase activity followed.
