摘要: A method for depositing copper on a titanium-containing surface of substrate is provided. The includes forming patterned catalyst material the substrate, such that exposed in selected regions. has an oxidation half-reaction potential having magnitude greater than reduction titanium dioxide. Copper then deposited from electroless solution onto regions surface.
