摘要: Abstract The small Indian mongoose (Herpestes auropunctatus) was introduced to several Caribbean Islands control rat (Rattus spp.) damage sugarcane plantations. Mongooses failed at suppressing populations and are now considered pests throughout most of their range. Importantly, mongooses rabies reservoirs on Islands.
