Relative sea level fluctuations in aegean coastal areas from middle to late holocene

摘要: The current study presents and combines data concerning relative sea level fluctuations from six coastal areas in the Aegean Sea, Thrace to North-Eastern Crete. These have been derived analyses geo-chronologies on sediments obtained boreholes lagoons beachrock bends. Trends of change at are presented for last 6000 years compared with K. Lambeck's A. Purcell [1] estimations same areas. It is concluded that rising faster Skyros Mykonos-Delos insular complex Cyclades islands, mainly due tectonic movements or lithosphere elastic deformations.
