Characterization of the yeast flora on the surface of grape berries in Israel

摘要: Yeast populations were collected from the surface of berries three grape cultivars during seasons, fruit set to maturity. They studied by RAPD and ap-PCR, each with two primer pairs. In population, identical isolates found only rarely on 13 % bunches in 1997 58 1999. From a dendrogram clusters similarity was established. Eleven representatives white yeast identified traditional methods as 10 different species, one which has not been isolated berry surfaces before. The population size smaller for Colombard than Cabernet Sauvignon Muscat Alexandria berries.
