摘要: In the present study we have analyzed membrane currents of mature oligodendrocytes in cultures from dissociated fetal mouse cerebral hemispheres and explant spinal cord. Both types showed large voltage-dependent, but time-independent inward outward that were partially blocked by Ba2+. addition, time- voltage-dependent observed a minority All completely Ba2+, Cs+, suggesting they are mediated K+ channels. Current-voltage curves cord varied being linear to outwardly or inwardly rectifying. contrast, cultured brain always an rectification current voltage relation lack time-dependent currents. It thus appears cord, contrast brain, consist different cell populations distinguished their expression active state
