摘要: We have studied the effect of ageing within miscibility gap on electric, magnetic, and thermodynamic properties a nonstoichiometric Heusler Cu-Al-Mn shape-memory alloy, which undergoes martensitic transition from bcc-based structure $(\ensuremath{\beta}$ phase) towards close-packed $(M$ phase). Negative magnetoresistance that shows an almost linear dependence square magnetization with different slopes in M $\ensuremath{\beta}$ phases was observed. This magnetoresistive has been associated existence Mn-rich clusters ${\mathrm{Cu}}_{2}\mathrm{AlMn}$ structure. The applied magnetic field also studied. entropy change between negligible field, but it decreases significantly annealing time gap. Such decrease is due to increasing amount ${\mathrm{Cu}}_{2}\mathrm{MnAl}$-rich domains do not transform martensitically.
