On nanoparticles of the ferromagnetic Cu2MnAl phase in Cu–Al–Mn shape memory alloys

摘要: Abstract We investigate nanoparticles of the ferromagnetic Cu 2 MnAl phase which precipitate from a supersaturated paramagnetic Cu–Al–Mn solid solution. Changes magnetic properties those particles during martensitic transformation are caused by internal stresses arise due to misfit between lattices and martensite. An increase anisotropy constant has been revealed. This can be attributed coherency stresses. The intensity evaluated on basis measurements.
