摘要: Since the discovery of first microRNA (miRNA) in 1993, thousands miRNAs have been identified humans and mice many them shown to control a large variety cellular processes different cell types including those composing immune system. MicroRNAs regulate virtually all aspects development, differentiation function. Studies that these molecules are involved maintenance lymphocyte tolerance and, when dysregulated, promote development autoimmune diseases. In this review, we focus on current knowledge about roles B their contribution autoimmunity, highlighting additional for some T tolerance. Finally, will comment both autoimmunity lymphoma.
