摘要: Last December, The Lancet published the final results of UK Collaborative Trial Ovarian Cancer Screening (UKCTOCS). summary study, distributed in advance, was misleading and exaggeration translated news all over world. This author reviewed highlights that UKCTOCS is just one more randomised controlled trial demonstrating screening reduces neither ovarian cancer-specific mortality nor all-cause mortality.
