摘要: Lactosylated low density lipoprotein (lac-LDL) is a potential carrier for the site-specific delivery of lipophilic drugs to liver macrophages (Kupffer cells). In present study we evaluated application lac-LDL as target immunomodulator muramyl tripeptide-phosphatidylethanolamine (MTP-PE) rat Kupffer cells, specifically activate these cells tumor-killing cells. The drug 125I-labeled interacted with galactose-specific recognition system on isolated in vitro association 125I-lac-LDL at 37 degrees was maximal after 20 min, whereas degradation observed lag period 10 min. Cultured were activated incubation MTP-PE incorporated into lac-LDL. Lac-LDL-MTP-PE induced 2-fold increase amount newly synthesized proteins secreted by concentration-dependent cytostatic and cytolytic activities towards tumor (B16F10 melanoma cells) vitro. Treatment rats lac-LDL-MTP-PE also resulted dose-dependent activation tumoricidal alone had only minor effect this activity data show that an effective specific may be beneficial treatment metastases.
