摘要: We have developed a comprehensive information platform, named KeyMolnet, for drug discovery and life science research in the post-genome era. Using we show new approaches to into biological mechanism DNA microarray analysis. Thanks technology, it is now possible obtain very large quantities of gene expression data at time. However, still difficult extract meaningful from such analyze relationship between function. therefore an advanced tool that can generate molecular networks upon demand, beyond signaling “cross-talks,” connect them physiological phenomena medical information. Here methods analysis using as well inducing apoptosis human promyelocytic leukemia cell line, HL-60, treated with 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate (TPA), time series experiments. KeyMolnet enables practical mechanisms, which turn contribute discoveries medical, pharmaceutical sciences.
