摘要: The area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC) and partial ROC (pAUC) are summary measures used to assess accuracy of a biomarker in discriminating true disease status. standard sampling approach validation studies is often inefficient costly, especially when ascertaining status costly invasive. To improve efficiency reduce cost studies, we consider test-result-dependent (TDS) scheme, which subject selection for determining state dependent on result assay. We first estimate test-result distribution using data arising from TDS design.
