摘要: The present study investigates the influence of machining parameters, such as cutting speed and feed rate, wt % reinforcement on surface roughness in drilling hybrid metal matrix composites. Experiments are conducted Al 356- aluminum alloy reinforced with silicon carbide size 25 μ Mica 45 μ. experiments have been vertical computer numeric control (CNC) center. Taguchi’s orthogonal array analysis variance (ANOVA) employed to investigate parameters A second-order model has established between using response methodology. experimental results reveal that most significant parameter for is rate followed by speed. different their interactions studied presented this study.
