摘要: Abstract Nerve injury often leads to severe biological dysfunctions, such as motor insufficiency and sensory impairment. Guided axonal growth stem cell differentiation for functional restoration is central nerve tissue repair after periphery trauma-induced spinal cord injury. Aligned biodegradable polymeric fibers by electrospinning not only possess high surface areas attachment migration, but also provide topological cues guide the neurite outgrowth stimulate of cells. The incorporation natural materials, neurotropic factors, drugs, other signaling molecules further provides a suitable microenvironment extension regeneration, which has shown significant advantages compared single material scaffolds. This chapter consists brief introduction on technology bioactive electrospun composites neural engineering applications. followed an elaborated discussion materials peripheral injury, respectively. Discussions about synergistic effects physical composite scaffolds cells proliferation, growth, glial regenerated nervous system functionalization, both in vitro vivo, are included.
