摘要: A multiple-valued literal circuit is implemented with resonant tunneling diodes (RTD). number of RTD sections are connected in series a current source. Current tapped by bleeder between every two adjacent sections. The bleeders turned on at different levels input voltage, which applied the joint source and When voltage reaches certain threshold level, highest taps most from source, depleting other lower voltages. Thus only one dominant can be used for decoders, multiplexers, demultiplexers digital systems.
