Psychometric validation of the Spanish version of the Patient-Doctor Relationship Questionnaire (PDRQ).

摘要: Introduction. The main aim of this study was to make a Spanish adaption the international Patient-Doctor Relationship Questionnaire (PDRQ) that assesses quality patient-doctor relationship in patients admitted an Internal Medicine Service under conditions regular clinical practice. Method. A total 188 adult 6 physicians from University Hospital downtown Madrid were analyzed. Sociodemographic and variables collected PDRQ version questionnaire administered. Results. Results showed excellent psychometric data on reliability, factorial, construct validity. Furthermore, based scientific literature, criteria validity determined, considering continuity care as external criteria. ratify previous related positive relation between doctor-patient care. Conclusions. 13 item (CREM-P Spanish) proved be valid instrument for assessing patients, with research value.
