摘要: The authors investigated the distribution of interleukin-2 receptors (TAC antigen) in lymph nodes 300 patients with lymphoproliferative disorders. They used fresh-frozen sections to evaluate a possible correlation between immunophenotype specific lymphoid disorders and presence or absence TAC expression determine whether positivity cells contributes characterization processes. All cases had previously been studied large screening panel monoclonal antibodies polyclonal antisera. Among 85 variety benign reactive processes, from 47 contained TAC-bearing lymphocytes various patterns distribution. Of 41 Hodgkin's disease, 37 lymphocytes. 26 B-cell, well-differentiated lymphocytic lymphomas (WDL), 14 were diffusely TAC-positive one random Six intermediate lymphoma also studied, three showed randomly distributed 19 follicular diffuse, poorly differentiated (PDL) lymphoma, TAC-positive. 3 diffuse PDL TAC-negative. 23 B-cell 5 T-cell mixed cell 15 three, respectively, 39 (B-cell, 33; T-cell, 6), 13 hairy leukemia positive. T-lymphoblastic lymphomas, only 1 positive reactivity, which was focal. cutaneous 2 Our study indicates that antigen is not lineage-specific, it may be expressed by regardless their phenotype.
