摘要: Iron and iron-binding proteins play a significant function in the physiology of various human systems. The aim this study was to evaluate effect two different types physical activity on soluble transferrin receptor concentration other indicators iron status female taekwondoist. Thirteen members National Taekwondo team aged 18-25 yrs with about 4.5 training experience participated study. Body mass height subjects were accordingly 57.5 ± 13.7 kg 168.3 7.1 cm. They performed laboratory tests: A, incremental treadmill running test B, 30 - min at constant speed 50% HR max. interval between tests 5 days instructed refrain from strenuous exercise for 2 before A throughout B. Blood sample withdrawn 20 immediately after analyzed iron, ferritin, transferrin, sTfR, hemoglobin hematocrit. Data by student t -test. Our results showed that hematocrit increased significantly (P 0.05) exercise. It can be concluded variable responded stress erythropoietic if deficiency do not compensate, athletes may anemia.
