摘要: Aggressive B-cell lymphomas are diverse group of neoplasms that arise at different stages development and by various mechanisms neoplastic transformation. The aggressive include many types, subtypes variants diffuse large lymphoma (DLBCL), Burkitt (BL), mantle cell its blastoid variant, B lymphoblastic lymphoma. Differences in histology, cytogenetic molecular abnormalities, as well the relationship with tumor microenvironment, help define characteristic signatures for these neoplasms, turn dictate potential therapeutic targets. Rather than survey entire spectrum lymphomas, this report aims to identify characterize important clinically DLBCL, explore DLBCL BL gray zone between them (B-cell unclassifiable features intermediate BL).
